Happy Pan Day to the character that’s 100% canonically pan (and by 100% canonically I mean Justin thinks he’s pan and that’s awesome)

I've been playing this game called like a dino and got this for a notification

Brb I'm going to go and cry/hj
DAY 15
GIVE IT UP FOR DAY 15

Can you call someone a poc when they're from a different planet
So a character that I have is from a different planet, but looks identical to a human (minus the dragon wings)
So can I say he would be the "human equivalent" to an asian person? I mean, he looks asian, if he were a actual human he'd be asian, also the only thing stopping him from being fully human is:
1: he's on a different planet
2:he's part dragon
So could I still say my story has poc in it, I mean, do people call superman white? He's from a different planet
Idk, it's something I've been thinking of
