I wanted to build something using a few of the new kit items we got recently, so I built this restaurant. I modeled this build based on the Rose restaurant I built in Mae's save file, so they look very similar to each other. This build contains no cc and it is built on the Anchorpoint Abode lot in San Sequoia. It is available to download from the gallery or via the tray files link below.💗

Edit: I realized the flooring is not in the toilet stalls inside the bathroom, there's just regular concrete in there. Feel free to add flooring in the toilet stalls, my mistake lol!

For some odd reason that none of the Mae's can quite figure out, strange little plants seem to grow all on their own in this one pocket of the house, the Mae's have taken to letting them do as they please 🌿🍄🌱

Hi all! This is a modern beach house I built on my favorite lot in Windenburg just for my own gameplay. It's almost done sans a few details. I may share more pics but I'm not sure if I'll release it, just trying to get back into building. :)
