ToT was originally an ancient named Forgotten Whispers, Dim Blue Lights. Forgotten Whispers almost ascended but ran away due to survival instinct kicked in. Their soul got a teensy tiny bit voided bc of it oops. And then they somehow become ToT?? I haven’t figured out exactly how that happened

Anyway. ToT’s puppet almost got destroyed by a creature who mistook them for someone else. Because of funny void soul stuff, ToT’s puppet was able to heal… using void. ToT freaked out, thinking they were dying, and proceeded to make blue crystal stuff and use that to repair their puppet instead. They hide the crystals with bandages bc it freaks them out

OH ALSO ToT knows Emory!! They were friends for a bit but in the aftermath of ToT getting attacked, they were freaking out and basically locked out Emory. Emory took this as outright rejection and neither of them really want to reconnect because ouch feelings :[

OH ALSO i like including a bunch of time-related motifs :] the three eyes are based on a scrapped AHiT character called “Tim, the CEO of Time,” who had three eyes. And the gear pattern w/ lines is based on both clock gears and the hour/minute markings on analog clocks ehehhe
