Arcane Viktor should NOT be classified as a poor little meow meow for a number of reasons, but mostly because he hasn’t entered his Machine Herald era yet.  Being at once strikingly gap moe, irresistibly ethically dubious, and deeply mentally ill, Machine Herald Viktor has always been close to the platonic ideal of a poor little meow meow; the fact that he’s been reimagined as a skinny skrunkly scrimblo in Arcane does little to add to or detract from his baked-in meowmeowyness.  Arcane Viktor can certainly be accused of gap moe, ethical dubiousness, and mental illness, but as of right now his characterization and aesthetic do not center these traits.  We can debate whether the show one-ups his LoL version in terms of meowmeowification after Arcane Viktor gets Machine Heraldized, at which point we’ll be able to compare character arcs and more concrete metrics within the visual text, such as: chest-to-waist ratio,
