Edit: basically I’m just a little offended that you compared my future job to something I hate

im actually struggling so much right now. every time i think im ahead i get pulled back further.

first, i wanted to do computer science: im not good enough at math & i probably wouldnt enjoy it anyway

second, i wanted to do accounting: i got accepted into 3 universities, but i know ill be miserable if i pursue it

third (and now), i wanted to be a park ranger or wildlife manager: apparently they are considered cops by some people because they have to enforce laws, what horrible news.

what can i even do at this point?? i feel like there’s nothing left for me and nothing will work out no matter how hard i try.

It’s incredibly frustrating, but I think that those of us who don’t identify as therians anymore should really just… let go of what the community has become. I don’t use the therian label, I haven’t in literal years, so why am I stressing myself out over a community that is out of my hands anyway due to how massive TikTok is? I should just be vibing in my little animal corner.
