I don't know if I need a spoiler alert for trailers, but just in case, Sonic 3 trailer spoilers under the cut

Some people seem to be under the impression that Gerald Robotnik is being portrayed as Ivo's father instead of his grandfather, which appears to be based on one of Jim Carrey's lines in the trailer being misheard.

Some people (including me at first) heard it as "Papa?", but after listening to it a few more times, it sounds more like he's saying "Pop pop?", which tends to be a nickname associated more with grandfathers.

Plus, the Japanese dub of the trailer does use a term that means "grandfather".

So, you survived the First World War, flew over forests in a hot air balloon, swam across the English Channel, and this is not the whole list of your achievements? Commendable, Mr. Frank. But we have one question.

Are you really sure that all of the above is not a figment of your mind?

i’m actually like. fucking shaking and sobbing over danganronpa right now. i love this series so much i don’t know if i’ll ever fully be able to describe it. the premise, the setting, the art, the characters. the way each death is instilled with its own blend of tragedy. the way each life is shown to be so important and so loved. i cannot ever truly express how much i love the way that danganronpa is a love letter to the belief that no matter how bad things get, how broken the world gets, as long as there are people who want to fix it - people who believe it can get better - there is always a chance for it to do so. it is not until you yourself abandon hope that it is truly lost. if you want things to get better, if you believe that they can, then someday they will. what you’ve been through does not define you - you are more, and you can become more. there is always a future if you choose to build it, even if all you have to build with is rubble and shaking hands. you have got to want better. you have got to believe there is better. you have got to know that you deserve better. you have got to make it better.

People need to understand one thing: not all ships contain sexual content in its core. Sometimes simple romance and tenderness is enough for some ships, goddammit!

it’s the smallest habits. how you spend your mornings. how you talk to yourself. what you read. what you watch. who you share your energy with. who has access to you. that will change your life.
