Why is Tumblr Cracking Down On Adult Content

Do you really think companies like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. actually care about underage kids seeing boobs? No. Companies know sex sells, you see it in everything from Coco Chanel perfume commercials to a girl in a bikini eating a juicy hamburger on a Carl’s Junior advertisement. These are companies run by people who tell everyone that they should live their best life, do what makes them happy, broadcast their sexuality (or lack of it), be who they want, and fuck the system. Yet these very companies ARE the system, and here’s why the bans occur. The celebrities who have been the face of every movement, every call to action, every advertisement for what they want to feed us, be it food, clothing, politics, etc., are an easy group to control and manipulate as they are small compared to the rest of the population. However, in this new digital age where we are more connected than ever before, they can’t control who gets popular, they can’t control what trends, they can’t control the message. Porn stars and adult entertainers have huge, outlandishly large followings and reach across the Internet. An attractive girl from the Midwest with 300,000 followers may just tell all of them, that a girl like that, doesn’t want diamonds for Christmas and they don’t mean shit. A company like Kay Jewelers may not like that, they want you to think that “diamonds are forever” is the only way to express your love. That girl may tell you all she wants for Christmas is a puppy, time with family, and perhaps something you make yourself, and that’s horrible for companies that rely on advertising dollars from other companies trying to sell you a product or idea. So obviously a digital advertising company, like Verizon’s Oath Unit, who now controls Tumblr, will have a major problem with this. Heck, us adult performers are taking away one of their largest advertising tools: sex. And we all know, sex sells. Why would you click on a hot advertisement from Victoria’s Secret when you could go directly to a beautiful girl’s Tumblr page, Twitter post, Instagram story, and actually get an interaction. It is these interactions that send a message that can’t be controlled. And in some instances, these interactions, ideas, and communication can be political, they could be personal, or it could just be that instead of buying Cartier, you’re buying some girl’s worn panties. They can easily tell Kim Kardashian exactly what message to send, be it how to dress, how to act, how to vote, how to BE. They can’t tell us what to say or to believe or to fight for. They don’t own us, we aren’t in their pocket. We are self made and have gained our popularity through a platform they haven’t been able to lock down. So now they’re starting. They didn’t build us, we built them, and now they’re trying to take it away. If you think these companies care about morals; they have worked to outsource our jobs, weaken our political stances, control the narrative across the television channels that are owned by a handful of companies out of L.A. & New York, divide us as a country instead of attempting to unite us, complain about climate change (yet is responsible for a majority of it), tell us what we are required to think, say, & do depending on our gender, race, or sexuality—They want a hive mind, and when they have us stepping outside it, they can’t handle it. They don’t know how. We are women, we are capable, we are strong…our jobs should not mean our opinions or choices mean any less. In fact, if they want to empower women like they claim, they should support our choices to do what we will to make ends meet. They are not our fathers, they are not our mothers, they are not our moral compass. If people didn’t want nudity or sexuality to be freely expressed across the internet, we would have voted it out and changed the laws. But they know they can’t, and they know we don’t want that, so instead they take all their money and all the power they do have to try to corporately dominate us and silence us. But I’m not going to be silences, I will simply use another platform, I will make my own if I must. But, Verizon, I won’t call you daddy and let you paddle me into submission. You can fuck right off. Can you hear me now?

Kim Rye

When Jess came back, Kim was glad.

Even more so when Jess and the Deputy (aka the Judge) reunited.

They slowly got closer and closer and Kim was happy to see Jess this happy.

When she learned that they were engaged, she was shocked.

She never saw Jess Black as the commitment type of girl…!

But she was happy to see all this love in the new world, promise of hope.

Nick Rye

He was also happy to see Jess.

And a skilled huntress like her was a great addition to Prosperity !!

But he never noticed the relationship forming between her and the Judge.

Nick can be pretty oblivious lol.

So, of course, his lovely wife had to get him up to speed.

“WAIT WHAT ?? THEY GOT ENGAGED ? WHERE WAS I ??”

He’s so incredulous.

He runs out of the room, looking for the the Judge and Jess, eager to congratulate them.

He helps them put together a small wedding ceremony (because Nick totally loves marriage, like… REALLY).

Sharky

He’s not really friend with Jess so her arrival doesn’t change anything for him.

But he’s surely friends with the former Deputy, aka the Judge !!!

At first, he’s a bit bummed that his best friend is spending more and more time with someone else.

But when they get engaged, his jealousy just disappears and he’s nothing but happy for them.

He ask them if he can be a part of the wedding ; groomsman, flower boy, bridesmaid, ANYTHING.

Hurk Jr.

He likes Jess even if it doesn’t look like she likes him back.

She’s badass and he understands why the Judge (aka Dep) hangs out with her because they’re both awesome.

But he didn’t see their engagement coming and it’s a shock when Sharky tells him about it.

“Man, they’re gonna be the most badass couple of all Hope County !! I mean, of course Nick and Kim are awesome… But Jess and the Judge ?? Heck, even their names are badass !”

He asks them to be Blade’s godparents.
