you buy Simon a small stuffed dog for Valentines. nothing flashy, just a little one that wraps around a small bouquet of flowers..

you'd think you bought him a real puppy. thats his baby now. makes sure he's in the most comfortable spot on the bed before he leaves for work. put him around the house on the sofa, on the fining room table, the coffee table.

when he's away, you take little pictures of the little plush to send to him. send him a selfie of you cuddling up with it for the night, and he looks at it every day 🥺

will take it on base to put in his barracks room if he'll be away longer than a month or so. asks you to spray it w your favorite perfume/cologne so he can push his face into it when he lays down for the night. works better than any nyquil
