I think one of my fave things about Stormlight is how Brandon didn’t start out thinking Shallan was bisexual but when fans pointed it out to him he was like “you know what yeah that tracks she definitely is”

Well, in my opinion, kaladin is very Odysseus coded(specifically from EPIC the musical) there’s a whole song where Odysseus contemplates whether he’s the monster by showing mercy to his enemies instead of killing them and protecting his men. Odysseus is also constantly racked with pain for the times he can’t protect his men, just like kaladin. I recommend listening to the musical, it’s very fun.

How is Kaladin simultaneously teenage girl coded, old man who fought 2 wars and survived the Great Depression coded, and also giving Jesus vibes?

I swear Colin is just speed running Jon's arc from Magnus Archives. In less then a season he's gone from being the grouchy Co worker, to incredibly paranoid, to foolishy smashing haunted objects. If he hasn't become God by the end of this season I'm going to be very disappointed
