Almost vommited at thr grocery store because i didnt drink water this morning and my stomach is empty ;-;

Its over, my dad is forcing me to eat its over. Im going to go over my deficit and im going to hate myself and hurt myself. He keeps on shoving shit in my face even though im trying to fast today

Dont even want to think about all of the things around me, touching me rn, that i cant see... creeps me out but its always in the back of my mind
