Someone found ibuprofen but even 4 didn't do anything. I am still in pain.

Everything fucking sucks. I got my period today and I have work tomorrow, and that's when my cramps are the worst. I have to drive to work in the morning in what I have learned is peak traffic time, and clean out and replace fish tank filters. There isn't any ibuprofen in the house, and my sibling was hoarding all the big pads despite the worst of their period being gone for days and only needing the small pads now. We need to buy more big pads because there's only like five left. My skin is crawling and I can smell everything including myself and my fucking ice pack.

Watched the entirety of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier with my dad last night. Good times.
