I've done at least one full pass of absolutely everything and I'm down to 46.5gbs of CAS. That's roughly 2500 files that I've taken out in the end. Literally no change to way the game runs but I feel like I've achieved something (?)

Doing a mods folder cleaning. I've got 58gb of CAS cc to work through. Wish me luck.

No wonder my laptop sounds like it's about to take fLIGHT whenever I load the sims up.

Despite never using build-buy, I also have 21gbs of cc in another folder to plop in whenever I feel like cooking the shit out of my puter. I've already 'cleaned' that out...goddamn

while everyone's updating mods atm, I have a question...

my fav version of Stand Still in CAS is stefizzi's, which has add-ons by papermoon. They stopped updating in 2022 so it doesn't work for werewolves or infants.

Imho it's got the best, most naturalistic neutral pose, and no weird lean back that a lot of SSiC mods seem to have? I've tried several others but I always go back to this one despite it turning infants into terrifying long-limbed creatures and werewolves won't stop howling every two seconds.

I guess I'm hoping someone out there has been quietly adding on/updating it? Or at least knows how - I'd do it myself but this is about as far from my forte as you can get!

Rosemary & Nico came back from their vacation, it has been abt a month since then (in my brain at least)

they both quit their jobs!

Nico got a moodlet abt being in a dead end job & how he wants to pursue other things. So he enrolled in online school & is majoring in programming to become a video game developer. Currently, as a side hustle, he is a freelance chef. Rosemary wanted to also focus on art + her embroidery. She now does freelance work.

...Would anyone be interested in a dirty blonde gradient map for photoshop?

I'm not an expert at anything cc related, but I do have nothing but rage for ea's inconsistent dirty blonde swatches and have been slowly recolouring them all.

I made this gradient map so that I could faff about with curves, levels and contrast, then reapply the dirty blonde colour over the top and I think it works pretty well! It also works on a greyscale swatch.

This might already exist or not be useful at all, I dunno, but I thought I'd at least share :)
