It's a new field meaning that there is a low barrier to entry, you can enter it from many degrees such as Urban Planning/Studies but also Architecture, Political Science, Sociology and others. You know all those scifi type stories where the question "why is everyone speaking English?" is answered with "they aren't, but it's translated for the viewer"?

I want someone to fully commit to that. Make up nuance that was lost in fiction translation. Have someone casually use puns or idioms that don't make sense, with a paragraph long footnote flashing on screen keikaku means plan style
