Have you, perchance, considered regressed Alpha? Reliant on Omega, clinging to his side because he's the only ghoul that makes him feel safe?

Oh I love this idea, have baby Alpha with Cg Omega and mentions of other ghouls!!

Cw/tw? Baby Alpha (0-2), mentions of bottle feeding, the nickname "daddy" used in a nonsexual way!

Alpha,when he does regress, he's usually very small with a baby-like mindset. Omega always notices before Alpha does, the way he stands and talks is a tell tale sign that he's slipping, which usually shoves Omega into a caregiver mindset.

When he does regress he usually can't walk, so Omega carries him everywhere with little effort. Alpha loves it and is always hanging onto him in some sort of way, not that Omega minds at all since he loves to carry his baby everywhere with him.

Alpha has a onesie that has little campfires all around it, Omega got it for him as a gift and Alpha adores it. He has others to wear but this one is special to him, since Omega got it for him with his own money.

Alpha usually doesn't like to be around others when he's small but sometimes he'll let Mist or Ifrit around him if Omega is busy, Mist always loves babysitting the small flame and is constantly playing games and sneaking snacks to him when Ifrit isn't looking.

If Mist and Ifrit are busy Omega will take Alpha with him to his office where he'll sit and play with toys and blocks while Omega works, there's a designated play area for any little who wants to hang out with him while working.

Sometimes Alpha will get fussy and cranky and Omega will have to calm him down and rock him in place to soothe him. "Daddy's here, little flame. I got you, we'll watch a movie after I'm finished working." And that calms him right down, Omega loves how well behaved he is sometimes.

Omega loves to spoil Alpha a lot, usually buying toys or little gear for the small ghoul. His most recent item was a custom bottle that Omega had ordered, he won't use any other when feeding but Omega doesn't mind at all.

On the topic of feeding, Alpha gets cranky if he's hungry and tends to throw a fit if he wants something. Omega will have him cradled in his arms and stay there with the bottle until the fire ghoul is finished, always making sure to burp him afterwards so he doesn't get an upset tummy that night.

When it's time for bed the little one is always changed into a soft onesie with his favorite stuffed animal and a pacifier, cuddling away on Omega's chest until the two of them fall fast asleep wrapped in each other's arms.

OH BOY I GOT IDEAS!!!

Aether- Well behaved, sits still and allows the dentist to do all the work. He's surprisingly well groomed, believe it or not, he likes to keep himself all nice and clean. He's the cleanest ghoul out of the entire pack besides Mountain.

Dew- Oh boy, it's a fight to hell to get him to the dentist. He'll fight and kick and even bite before he gets in the dentist, he hates having to brush his teeth and says it's "too much work!!" So Aether has to do it for him.

Swiss- He hates the dentist. Papa has to bribe him with many things before he does, in the end after it's all done papa holds up his end of the deal and gives Swiss what he promised him.

Rain- Hates it, absolutely hates it. They hate the feeling of things in their mouth, especially from someone they don't know. They always end up crying afterwards, Cumulus has to calm them down and pampers them afterwards.

Mountain- Routine check ups. He's the tidiest ghoul out of the pack, he likes to maintain his personal appearance and he keeps his teeth shiny and clean. It's the one thing he gets complimented on often, much to his pleasure.

Phantom- Confused on why he needs to go, he regularly visits the orthodontist for his braces as well. He gets lots of treats and praises for doing so good at the dentist.

Sunshine- Hates it, but goes anyways cause Cumulus makes her. She's like Swiss, she needs to be bribed and begged before she even steps foot inside the office, she's all the time complaining about how she wants to leave but toughs it out.

Cirrus- Wants to get it over with, I mean c'mon she has other things to do! Why would she waste her time on something stupid anyways? Cumulus promised her something special afterwards so she goes.

Cumulus- Doesn't mind it actually, loves to talk to the assistants and dentists. They all know her by name and even know her personal business from time to time, she loves the conversations really and tries to maintain her appearance.

Aurora- Much like Phantom, she's confused on why she needs to go. After it's all done and over with she's complaining to everyone who will hear her that her teeth hurt, that she's dying and may not make it. She keeps it up until Cirrus gives her candy.

Dew has trouble regressing a lot, especially on bad or hard days so Rain has to help her down from the bad feelings often with lots of reassurance and praise. When she does regress she's very clingy and giggly, which is a big change from when she's big.

Sometimes has dysphoric days which she calls "yucky body." So Rain has to comfort her through it and give her lots of compliments and praise or else she starts to get upset, Rain doesn't mind giving compliments seeing it's their favorite thing to do with her.

Dew thinks Rain's tics are funny and tends to giggle at them, not that Rain minds, it helps them feel better about it. Dew will sometimes try and mimic certain tics that she thinks are particularly funny, Rain laughs at her attempts and helps her pronounce the words she had trouble with.

Dew loves to run around and be active, but sometimes Rain's joints hurt too much for them to get up and move. Dew doesn't understand it very well and tends to get frustrated that she can't have fun with her papa, Rain's very patient and explains as many times as she needs them to.

On the day's Rain can't move much the two cuddle up on the couch and watch movies, Dew really likes Moana cause of the chicken. Rain will watch it over and over again if it means seeing Dew happy, her being happy is the greatest achievement of all to them.

Dew has trouble sleeping most nights and Rain is always patient and understanding of her struggles, even going as far as singing to her if it helps her calm down. Once she is asleep though, Rain cuddles up with her as she lays on their chest, they stay that way until Dew gets fussy or the morning comes.
