i like taking notes and then going back to them at home. once i've gone over them a couple times i'll teach it to my plushies without checking my notes. so that then i can see what i know and what i dont know. what i dont know, i highlight and then i go over my notes/teach it again and again until i get everything right.

How I manifest

Assume it as true because the only real moment is Now, I AM, not I WAS or I WILL. You can use techniques or just decide.

If you have any negative thoughts or feelings observe them and let them pass. Don't fight it. This neutralizes them and makes them feel less serious so you stop considering them all together
