This is a Marocchino. It’s a small coffee treat from Alessandria, Italy which is made with espresso, chocolate and milk foam. The barista who made this for me lined the shot glass with nutella before pulling the espresso. Much like the Bicerin, the chocolate dominated the taste profile of the drink. I reckon a bold dark roast would complement this well.
