Bio: Erica is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day. A glimmer of hope in a world of despair. Everywhere she goes she will give a big smile!

Erica was originally born to a Black mother and Japanese father as the second child. She was named after her paternal grandmother. Erica goes by Erica rather than Hanako because her mother wanted a fresh start for her children. Her father was low key a selfish, and strict man while also being a well known thief. He had gotten caught up in deep trouble and is incarcerated with ZERO chance of parole. Erica was a baby at the time and has no remembrance of the man.

After the incident her mother met Scott Vine and married him. Scott raises Erica and her brother like they’re his own. The marriage is well despite the conflicting personalities. Erica’s mom is quiet and Scott’s more playful. While her relationship with Scott is a wholesome one, Erica gets into small arguments with her mother about her “angelic personality”. Her mother wishing that Erica would expand her horizons. Also, arguments lead from Erica’s Christian faith and her mother’s belief in spiritual/Wiccan. Erica doesn’t force her beliefs on others and accepts those who are either different faith or atheist.

Erica has no idea what her other brother does but likes to visit and even checks out his “borrowed” items. The two care for each other and protect each other.

Erica is also vegan! She wants to be a marine biologist and really cares for animals with her favorite being Orcas. She has a pet hamster named Chili!

In the end, Erica really loves her life, her friends and family, her school and her boyfriend! She feels that she will have a amazing time at Berry High and is excited for the long run.
