We all know how much online hate can hurt. Sadly, most of us had felt it on our own skin at least once, especially the creators in this fandom. If you, like me, write fic, or make art, chances are there has been more than one nasty anon message on your inbox...

And it can be so utterly demoralizing. Its amazing how only a few words can make you doubt yourself, bring you down to the point of tears... Even making you want to give up on the thing you love so much that you are happy to share it with the world for free: Your work.

Now imagine that, multiplied for a hundred, a thousand, a million. That's what's happening to someone a lot of people here is supposed to love. Yeah, you know it, I'm talking about Tom Holland.

I'm not here to make a judgement of character. I'm not here to defend or condemn his actions or supposed lack of them. I'm just here to say online bulling is damaging and painfull, and no one deserves it. Except Trump and his nazi minions of course, but that's a subject for another post. There is so much going on in the world, but I think it's important to remember to be kind, and spread love is just as important as fighting for what is right and just is.

So, let's send some love instead. Let's fight just a little of the hate with goodness, and kind messages. We all saw how off Tom seemed in his last story, so chances are if he sees the bad, he might see the good too. Let's send some kind tweets and comments his way. And lets not stop there, send some anon kindness to someone else too. Not those chains you just copy and paste, but a simple "Hey, how you doing? I like your blog and I like you"
