The new school year has officially begun.

The first day is always a little different because the start and opening speeches are not among classes but in front of the whole school, people are always not able to find each other among 800 other students, so they tend to sit next to a few of their friends they met with before getting into the building.

And this time was no different. Kyungjun sat with Seungbin and Jinha in the corner of the music hall, sits weren't the most comfortable ones they had been sitting on but they were able to manage.

After a few hours of the formalities of the opening ceremony, Kyungjun found himself among the other students disappearing from the building, the same thing happened to the two of his minions who were left on their own going to their houses to get some freedom before starting emotional rollercoaster of studying and being in the role of 'the bullies'.

Getting out of the crowd, his gaze locked onto a familiar figure standing near the school's exit doors. Familiar figure he remembered seeing fourteen days ago - the girl from the rainy day.

Maybe it was his heart - racing with curiosity - maybe it was his head telling him to get closer.

So he did, Kyungjun approached her.

After hearing some footsteps behind her she looked to the side. The girl spotted him and right away offered a warm (but small) smile, her eyes sparkling with recognition.

As they exchanged eye contact, Kyungjun felt a wave of this weird feeling wash over him. It was as if the rain from two weeks ago - which was also present today - had been a prelude to this moment right now.

Walking side by side a few steps they managed to get out of the school's door to stand next to each other right under a little roof.

"I have something.." he mumbled, then he took the lighter out of his uniform's front pocket, its engraved surface catching his eye.

To his surprise, Y/n shook her head, a playful smile on her face. "Keep it, I don't smoke".

Kyungjun blinked in confusion, a little taken aback by her response, "Then why did you give it to me?".

"I like watching the flame dance and move in the air, plus I figured you might need it more than I did"

Kyungjun felt a warmth spread through him at her words with a sense of gratitude. But also he realized something, maybe he didn't even know yet about it but for him, this girl was someone more than a nice, playful stranger he met on the street this rainy day. She was like a beacon of kindness and understanding in a world that often felt cold. She was the complete opposite, but the universe still made them fall into each other.

With a nod, he slipped the lighter back into his pocket. As he stood there he realized something, "I never 'really' got your name", he admitted.

"I suppose it's written on the lighter, but officially, I'm Lee Y/n"

"Go Kyungjun", he responded with a knowing look, it was embarrassing, yes, but a nice question to keep the conversation going, wasn't it?

And so were they standing there, under the little roof waiting for the rain to stop since none of them had an umbrella, something more clicked in their heads, but this time the girl decided to ask question quicker than him. "You are a student of which class?"

Bingo!

He responded to her, and so did she - they were in the same.

Summary ✮⋆˙ You don't know when universe will bring you your special light. Sometimes the light can be a person.

"✮⋆First meeting with Kyungjun"

He was running to the closest canopy that could save him from pouring rain, even though he was already all drenched he still wanted to get some cover.

The new school year was about to start in two weeks,

sweet fourteen days when kids do not have to worry about waking up in the morning, studying till the late hours of the night, attending additional classes, practicing their hobbies, or fighting with themselves, their problems, and their mental health.

For Kyungjun it was fourteen days of fighting with his mom, fourteen days of yelling at his stepdad, and fourteen days of being on his own, with his feelings.

He wanted to start this upcoming school year, finally meet with Seungbin and Jinha, and finally get his all anger out on Dabeom or this freaking weird kid with a stupid camera, he wanted to sleep through half of his lessons and enjoy the life of the school scariest bully.

It was the only thing he was good at - at least that's what he thought.

After standing like this for ten minutes he heard some rush footsteps, they were getting stronger and louder with every second, finally, the small space Kyungjun was standing in got smaller under the presence of the new person.

Kyungjun looked at the figure, the girl next to him was breathing fast - from running he supposed, her clothes were wet as well as her hair, she pulled her headphones down and let them swing around her neck.

He had never seen her before but Kyungjun didn't care about another victim of the rain - he had his problems to think about.

So he turned his head back as soon as the girl looked at him, he didn't want to look into her eyes like some creep.

After a while, he still could feel the girl's eyes on him but decided to let go of it and focus on something else.

He took a cigarette out of his green jacket as well as the lighter, he tried to start it a few times but the flame didn't want to stay in its place. Some curses could be heard from him but he didn't care, Kyungjun slammed his lighter on the ground with all his strength where it all broke into pieces.

He looked up from the ground and in front of his eyes he saw a pale, small hand holding something - another lighter. "Try this one" he heard, so the boy took the thing to his hand, and to his surprise it worked.

"You need to work on your anger" was heard from the side "Shut up" he Simply answered, he didn't have the energy nor patience to discuss his problems with a stranger.

"No, I'm serious, if a stupid lighter can make you this mad, then man, I don't want to know how other things can end their journey, or other people, try listening to some music it helps at least for me", and she softly smiled to him but also awaiting his next move.

"You don't look like the one who has any taste in music" Kyungjun didn't understand why she wasn't scared of him, did the rain erase his tough aura? "Then let me show you"

And that's how it started, she showed him her favorite playlist, and he did the same right after, they talked for a long time, long enough for Kyungjun to forget about his mean attitude, his problems or worries, and long enough to forget where he was.

"Well that's my ride," she said and got out of her space under the roof "I have to say you have really good taste in music" That was the last thing he heard from the girl before she got into a black car that stopped a few meters in front them.

He looked down and in his hand saw a lighter, the one that this girl gave him, but something was off, he looked again "Lee Y/N" was engraved on it.

Acts of service

I don't think Kyungjun is a very vocal person so his no. 1 love language will be acts of services. Ties your shoes, pays for dinner - must be always on him, never lets you drive - passenger princess love, walks you home.

I feel like the boy knows the sidewalk rule.

If you attend the same school or class he will be the one to carry an extra pencil for you or give you a sip of water from his bottle. This man loves you very much and shows it always with his actions.

Physical touch

Even though I said he is not vocal about his feelings I think he loves physical touch. Needs to have his hand on yours or your thigh if you are sitting next to him. While walking sometimes puts his hand on the small of your back to guide you. That's his way of showing other boys that you are his.

Plus love when You give him physical affection, and that you want to show the others he is yours.

Quality time

Here I have two options. First is when you two are with other people, he tends to be his mean person type who is protective. But when you are together alone.. then you have the opportunity to see his cooler side maybe a little bit silly, chill side, and that's good - he is comfortable enough to show his colors to you.

Receiving and Giving gifts

I don't know why but I have this gut feeling that Kyungjun is from a wealthy family, so he does not have any problem spoiling you with different types of gifts - often "just because" gifts like flowers or a bracelet.

He is neutral about receiving gifts himself, but if you decide to show him love that way he will remember this forever.

for example, when you come back from your home city you give him a matching bracelet - from now on he never takes it off.

Words of affirmation

Like I said before man has problems with communicating his feelings with words, he is the one to say "I love you" first but then he feels this type of a border and can't say anything else. Please make him feel comfortable!
