Hopefully! In a bit of a slump at the moment because my computer crashed and deleted 2 of them. Buuut... soon - I will try my best!

Was rereading Chilli Oil last night (still one of your best!), and I was wondering what you would change in it if you decided to write it now.

A fascinating question! Also quite hard to answer, because I tend to write things in one big rush and very little editing and reflection at the time. However, I have reread the Chilli Oil piece (since I’m planning another Chilli Oil story).

I think if I were writing it now that I might try to be a little more precise with the sizes reached.. It can be difficult when you’re enthused and writing at tremendous speed to realise that you might need to be a little more mechanical occasionally for clarity’s sake. Therefore, I would say I would try to strike a slightly better balance between trying to convey the continuous onslaught of unstoppable titillating growth and providing slightly more “freeze-framey” descriptions (but without breaking the grow flow).
