Sometimes I imagine myself talking to fictional characters to cope, but Ringo can be a real asshole sometimes.

Vagabond was originally concepted as a superhero, and probably will be made into one at some point. But this is definitely an issue with superhero media. Not just punisher and batman-type chatacters, but with the genre in general. It goes off the assumption that the world is basically good and there are bad apples, lowlifes, who are basically evil that need to be weeded out, but in the modern world most people understand that the evil is coming from within and above, and the bad people at the bottom are mostly on response to the evils from above.

A friend of mine, when I described a recent show I went to, said my life sounded like an indie comic. So I decided to do something with that.

I have this character named vagabond who I initially designed as a superhero character, the idea is that someday I'm going to be a nomad, drifting from town to town going on who knows what kind of adventures and the character was going to be a combination of fully fictional stories and stories based off of my time as a nomad. I figured if I wanted to make comics based off of my life I could use this character even before then.

So I've decided I'm gonna be uploading the comic in scenes. That's kind of a vague way to explain it but that's how it's gonna be.
