people here are so contradictory, ones will tell you its super easy, and others will tell you its not. think about it as a math test, ones will find it easy, others wont, but you wont know until you do it yourself. stop asking for everything, shifting is PERSONAL, nobody can tell you what will work and what wont, if people used to shift with what now we call "misinformation" its because there's no information about shifting at all. just do yourself, be like miles morales and do your own thing.

hey I'm just wondering. if i shift to my training dr, like i trained dancing for years in my dr, and when i come back to my cr will that skills i honed be with me? like that exact same moves and signatures. js wondering. like, i know i will get the knowledge back, but i trained there to have a different flavor of dancing.

probably not, since dancing is more about your body and muscle memory, and you arent shifting your body, but your awareness, if you know what i mean. you will remember the dances, but your body wont move as fluently because in this reality it hasnt been training for years.

if you want to come back with the same dancing skills, you should just permashift to a mirror reality where everything is the same except for the fact that u can dance.
