Stop saying 'I will shift' or 'I’m shifting tonight' as if it’s a distant goal. Your dr is not an unattainable fantasy, it’s already a part of you which you exist in, think of it this way: you wouldn't try to get to your bedroom if you are already there; you simply become AWARE of where you are, knowing it's fact. You exist in your DR right now. You just have to wake up and realize it's right in front of you. Embrace it, visualize it, and fully BELIEVE that you are your DR self even if that means being as "delusional" as possible. You don’t need to go anywhere. you are already there. You are in your dr, so embody it. You have already shifted.
