I have an idea for a request for just D and Alucard because I'm not sure if that would work with Aizawa as much as I love him 😅
So, I was wondering... How would the boys react to their S/o having an ability to turn into a ghost? Or more specifcaly, their spirit leaves their body and they can float around, possess things, glow and see other ghosts if there's any around. When the spirit leaves, the body just lays on the ground or sits in a chair not moving but not dead
Could be some moments where they find the s/o just laying on the floor not moving and not too far away a cloak is flying or an empty armor is walking around, then they find out that it's just a thing they and a part of their family does for generations.

• I am not sure about the game you have mentioned. I see it has to do with an amulet. I am not quite sure how to answer for an amulet as I find it limiting. What happens if the amulet is removed you couldn't find your body. It's an obvious seen/ accessible and so able to be removed.
But I can go through it with what Astral projection is..
• It is most commonly called the astral form you take, and you are doing astral projection or traveling on the astral plane of existence, as your physical body stays behind. If the silver cord between your physical body and astral body is cut, then you can not find your physical body and return to it. Potentially being trapped on an astral plane forever and your other real world body dies.
• It is released when sleeping, mediation, and such. I have an ask on this already, but I'm going to add more personal stuff to fit your ask. Most can do Astral traveling but lack control enough, by thought, so dangerous.
•Also your Astral body can be attacked by energy sources created by mystic beings or really powerful ghosts.

📍Talking about VHD's lore, I'm curious about the Akashic Records. I mean, is it possible to “enter” there like a real place? Because it's made of ether and some people can read the future through it but is there a way to enter with body and soul?

I am also using some sources from the internet as mentioned in the books. I have decided to answer in more than 2,000 words. Sites listed at the bottom.

The Akashic Records is stated to contain the Ether, a whitish fog that is imprinted with all the information of all of creation past, present, future. Only a few people throughout history have come close to reading the records and they included Nostradamus, Abramelin, Paracelsus, Swedenborg, The Sacred Ancestor, Lawrence Valcua, and D.
⚜️ And there lies a difficulty for most…Sacred Ancestor's castle by trying just to locate it. A human could almost never and most Nobles couldn't either. By passing into the castle and finding the pathway called the vault would be plausible.
•Here's another example. Nostradamus possibly did astral projection/traveled and was able to enter "the library" for a very short time. Your body doesn't travel just your spirit and mind,so physical form is removed from the problem.

⚜️•Concept of kinda like meeting yourself in another alternative world. It is believed to create a small rip in the time/ space continuum. The Worst thought is that the universe will return to the moment the Big Bang started for that current universe you entered in. The Akashic Records is the ultimate focal point to create the rip in all universes.
•Or perhaps the ether is found by a worm hole and it is at the singularity point of the worm hole. In that case the wormhole could cause the mentioned erasing. Currently travel is not possible with black holes as humans would not survive the spaghettification. ( Yes that's science terms for black holes used)
•It could be possible for Sacred Ancestor as we don't know all his abilities in D's world but it is based on Dracula.

📍 In addition, leakage of the ether onto creation can erase all of Time and Space. Only beings such as D, Sacred Ancestor, Valcua, or Valcua+Sacred Ancestor essence bestowed Matthew was able to exist in the realm. It is found that both D and the Sacred Ancestors were beyond scope of the Akashic Records and are somehow unaffected by its manipulation but also having the ability to control and manipulate it.
⚜️It appears that D and the sacred ancestor, the rules of time, space, and dimensional aspects do not apply to them. We perceive time as being linear and constantly moving only forward like a string. Folding would be like that string weaving in loops right next to each other.
Hence folding of time.
They are considered unique beings in older times and some would be considered gods. Well D would be considered a demigod because his mother was human. Perhaps Sacred Ancestor became a type of god because he cheated the natural order of birth, life and death. Like Satan, though a fallen angel, is a mockery of/to God. In the passage above we read that it does not affect Sacred Ancestor and him. They can exist as physical or intangible forms of physical.
•In the case of this book series it is unclear as to how Dracula, who is supposedly D's actual father, is a vampire. Perhaps he made a connection upon finding the Ether and it is the Ether that changed him to the form that he is now. It explains why he does experimentation because he doesn't even realize how he became in contact with the ether. He just could. So he's being a scientist and trying to reprove his scientific experiment success but has been unable to. D is that outlier of testing and he cannot seem to repeat the outcome.
•The author of Vampire Hunter D also must be taken into consideration the Dracula Hammer films to create his world and come up with D or it should be taken into consideration that there may be hidden information from those movies. It is left up to the reader to do some of the interpretation and I must remind that these books have been published in Japanese first and translated to English. And we all know that English is one of the worst and hardest languages to try and figure out or communicate versus many other languages in the world.

⚜️As for all the manipulation abilities the ether could be capable of folding time and space ( the string looping back and forth). It brings us back to Schrodinger's cat. In one dimension the cat is alive while in the other dimension the cat is actually dead. it is having two outcomes side by side just perhaps a layer of ether separating the two outcomes.
•In the way of folding time and space once more I believe we're either dealing with a wormhole or a black hole Singularity point. Perhaps the Ether exists in the spaces between time and matter like dark matter. It's the dark energy that moves the universe in a sort of way. •The prophecies of Nostradamus, as this was used as an example on who could tap into the ether. often those that can gain information cannot explain the divine to have come to know the knowledge. so we say that the gods have told us in a dream.
•Once more going back to astral projection or astral travel, an 'untrained' person can only reach the state and travel when they are in deep sleep. The silver cord is attached to the soul of your body and so it can return to the body. To cut the silver cord means that your soul and higher Consciousness are no longer able to return to their Source/body/ home.
•As for the definition of an untrained person, that is someone who isn't in a deep spiritual connection. The usual trained sorts that are able to access the astral projection are your holy/guru people of India which is just one example.
