I think I'm a little out of context now, but

I overthinking about this panel for a few days because I realized that Geto's right hand is holding /as if trying to stop/ the other hand. I like to think that Geto was already trying to stop Kenjaku at this point q-q

One of the many reasons why this scene was so excellent was because it's said before that even a thousand measly human lives wouldn't be enough to distract Gojo but Kenjaku knew very well just the kind of an effect Geto had on Gojo. He knew Geto was his one and only weakness, and he was so sure that Gojo seeing him would work that he didn't even bother to have a back up plan in case it fails.
