I don’t think people realise the pain of being unable to connect with your native language and having to find comfort in a western, colonial language that is not yours. It feels like poison. Why do I quote Shakespeare and Byron but not Premchand or Varma? Why can I say so much in English but the smallest declaration of love in Hindi kills me and breaks me apart? It’s so hard not being able to speak your language.

Brute force is not a sign of superiority. Being in a position of physical vulnerability doesn't make you less valuable as a human being. Men hold brute force in high regard because that's the only domain where they can't lose. That is something important for us to understand as women: male values are not our values, they don't suit us. The way men weaponize their physical strength against women is the most important feminist issue. That's what makes men able to kill, rape, and keep us in fear. Discussions about cultural misogyny are important, but they are useless if we don't recognize the physical element that allows men to exercise their misogyny in the first place. But we can't even acknowledge this fact without being accused of treating women as eternal victims. It's so frustrating.

Men have main character syndrome. Men always try to find ways to make everything about them. In response to the man vs bear debate men created their own with woman vs tree. Supposedly the woman in their lives don't give them space to talk about their feelings. And who said you're not allowed to talk about your feelings? Other men. Why does your emotions specifically need be spoken to women? What about your male friends or relatives? What do men call women who express their emotions? Hysterical and emotional. I've mentioned this before but men frequently use women as their unpaid therapist. Men expect women to be their free service providers. In this case, to provide men with emotional labour while giving women nothing in return. When women talk about their mental health men bring up men's mental health. When women talk about the abuse women go through men bring up the abuse men go through. Whenever a woman talks about women's issues there's always a man invalidating her by bringing up male issues. Men expect women to talk about male issues when those same men won't use their own platform or voice to talk about their own issues. They don't even care about women's issues.

I have always been rather fascinated by Arjuna's disguise as Brihannala during the Pandavas' incognito period in the 13th year.

I mean, here's a man - the archer supreme, warrior extraordinaire, one of the deadliest fighters of his era, the supposed symbol of masculinity and virility disguising himself as a eunuch.

I mean, Urvashi's curse came later but Arjuna did learn dance and music from the King of Gandharvas - Chitrasena of Indra's court during his stay in Amaravati. He didn't necessarily need to learn it but he did, only because the man had such an insatiable hunger for learning.

Even at a stature where he had systematically defeated, Indra, all the other Gods and Chitrasena himself in battle before, at different points in his life.

He still took them all as his teachers and gave them the respect they deserved.

Even for dance - an art form traditionally reserved for women and nothing which a warrior of his calibre would necessarily need.

Arjuna - the man you are.

You know why I think BJP lost Ayodhya and UP in general?

1. Shah was getting too arrogant for his own good. He tried to sideline Yogi. None of the candidates the UP CM suggested were appointed. It is evident Shah wants to be PM next, and Yogi was getting too popular. So, one reason can be that BJP misselected the ground leaders because, of course, Yogi knew his men and women best, and none of his suggestions weren't considered. Stupid civil war ended up being their downfall.

2. The government couldn't handle the backlash from the farm laws. UP and Haryana were the states most affected by this policy. The misinformation spread due to the farm laws bill should have been countered properly. The Khalistani agenda ruined it thoroughly. People just didn't understand which strata of farmers the bill would have negatively affected. There was no proper clarification from the government, and it was frankly handled abysmally.

3. The Agnipath scheme, which again affected mostly the north western Indian belt. Particularly UP. The government said that instead of the eighty years of pension (which came from tax payers money) which these young jawans who took voluntary retirement after five six years of army service and then started farming is a bad idea. Instead, they'll give more people a chance by reducing the term to five years. This would've just increased employment opportunities. What they missed was that they should've set alternate job opportunities for these men after their five year term gets over. This scheme was a mess.

4. The railway ministry should have looked after the proper functioning of the locals, which ran cross state in UP. Their conditions are horrifying. Instead, they only focused on Vande Bharat and bullet trains. These options will work wonderfully for the urban areas but not the rural ones. So they won mostly from urban wards, and the more numerous rural vote bank cast their votes in anger to the opposition.

Honestly, the loss in UP has nothing to do with Hindus and the Ram Mandir. At the very least, that wasn't the main reason.

BJP needs to get off their high horse and start focusing on the grass root level of their voters immediately.

For these people won't care about what developments their country is going through on a large scale - not over their own interests at least. As it should be.

Yesterday while most of the Indians were busy watching the India Vs Pakistan cricket match, terrorists in Reasi were planning an attack on Hindu Pilgrims returning from the temple.

They killed a child and nine adults in the attack last evening.

And this will keep happening unless and until Indians boycott Pakistan entirely and build pressure on their people to stop sending terrorists over the border.

Fuck your cricket match.

Edit: Lefties and Modi haters, please stay away. Jeez! God.

I'm kinda glad for the results. The ruling party shouldn't feel like they have become infallible. With the horrible opposition we have in the country, BJP needed a reality check even if the idea of the so-called I.N.D.I.A alliance coming to power made my skin crawl.

PS: Oh my God, you blind idiots with zero comprehension skills, read my post carefully, and then like and reblog. I've blocked like twenty left leaning pseudo secular nincompoops. I am a right winger and very pro BJP. I am just not a blind supporter. Jeez!

The God of Small Things

ARUNDHATI ROY

I finished this book just yesterday and this is the book that inspired me to create this blog. While reading, there are so many times, I had to just put the book down and think, and each time I thought this way, there was a tranquil silence in my mind(which is quite unusual for me). The story was a very layered and complex one, and in a few sentences, there were feelings and stories between the lines. The main setting of the book was in Ayemenem, Kerala, revolving around the Ipe family. Each member different, with their own shares of trauma, happiness and wishes. Each place described has it's own story to tell and however irrelevant to the main plot, it helps us understand a connection between everything- everything lost, everything seen, everything unseen. The characters that mainly affect the plot are- the twins (Esthappen and Rahel), Ammu (their mother), Chacko(maternal uncle), Sophie Mol(Chacko's daughter), Margaret Kochamma(Sophie's mother), Mammachi(Ammu and Chacko's mother), Pappachi (Ammu and Chacko's father) and Baby Kochamma (Pappachi's unmarried sister). It jumps in the timeline between two importan t times- one when the twins were still children and the other when they have grown up. Traumatic events is a heavy element throughout the story. It shows different faces of trauma and different outcomes of the same one. Trauma due to marriage issues, the one gifted by parents, sexual trauma, society's- not just the words spun by the evil's guard dogs but also of the expectations. Higher caste people are required to be polished idols(ofcourse it is created and perpetuated by them themselves, so no one else is to blame) and lower caste(in the story mainly untouchables) people expected to kneel for no other reason than the sin of their birth. I didn't quite understand the relationship between the twins. They were connected not just in views but by mind and soul; though suffering the same atrocities of life, their reply to life is totally different from each other, except the emptiness in them. Since I understood so little about it, I won't comment further on it and will try to reread someday again. Throughout the story, their is also an underlying loneliness. And what I understood in the end, in life the God of Small Things is nothing but "Love". For, love doesn't exist in grand gestures and in costly gifts. Love doesn't ask for beg or seek anything. It always lurks in the background. Love is found in small things, it is found in simple eye contacts and laughing together, it is found in looking at another person's mole and remembering the outline of the face. It is found in celebrating each others existence even on bad days. It also touches topics of sexual perversions that arises from sexual curiosities at a young age. And the taboo around the topic just makes the curiosity manifest in a complex way. However, not a single line in the story shames anything about it which I felt was a very sensitive line to tread. It also talks a little about the toxic relationship between a son-obsessed mother and her son, jealousy, neglecting children and the worship of colonialists. Overall, I enjoyed reading it.

It Doesnt Even Comes To Their Minds That This Is Because Of The Opposition Leaderspromises Of Caste Census

It doesn’t even comes to their minds that this is because of the opposition leader’s“promises” of caste census and freebie politics.

What do you think Rahul Gandhi was doing in Bharat Jodo Yatra? He was roaming around asking people for their castes and blabbering about caste census!

And the results are apparent. These stupid braindead lefties are celebrating casteism now!!

As a low caste hindu I’m appalled. India does not need more caste based politics, we’ve suffered enough already.

A very sensible man once said “Congress hatao, desh bachao.”

I’m sick of these people.

WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?

What is this gross fetishization and sexualization of Bengali women? I recently came across a reel on Bengali women, and it was a very simple reel. But the comment section 🤮

Men were slut-shaming and hurling creepy insults at Bengali women (even women were doing this). Almost every Bengali woman is apparently sexually active, a bloodsucker, and a man-eater. What is this? Slut-shaming an entire community for no reason at all?

Also, don't get me started on the whole black magic thing. I am tired of black magic jokes; they're not funny anymore. Especially when people are using it to justify their creepy behaviours. It's freaking 2024; you can't just go around calling women witches for being independent and liberal.

(that's not the only thing, they are also making homophobic comments on Bengali men , calling them weak and unable to control their women!

Oh also let me add, Bengali women are not ideal Indian women because they are too out spoken and independent.

OH FUCK YOU!

The thing is, I do think that sometimes both sides take it to the extreme, as people do. But it's the sheer hyprocrisy and self-hatred among Indian leftists that makes me stay the hell away from them. I don't think they are entirely wrong; I myself have an opinion that's somewhere in the middle. But these leftists try to call themselves open-minded and progressive and then constantly post some of the most asinine, close-minded and unempathetic takes on the planet. You'll see them talk about how the right never talks about hate-crimes against Muslims, while they do. But hate crimes against Hindus also happen, and they never talk about that either! And yet they feel justified in calling out the other side, like... the call is coming from inside the house, no? And it's even worse in a way, because I actually haven't seen any Hindu person deny that crimes happen against Muslims in India, but these leftists are constantly saying that Hindus are not persecuted in India at all, that we just have victim mentality and all that. I'm sorry, I must have imagined the genocide of the Kashmiri Pandits, the governments that tear down our temples, the governments that are able to just go and say that we need to wipe out Hinduism without any repercussions multiple times.

And then they try to say that Hindus co-opt the trauma of others and use it for sympathy, cause god forbid we try to relate to others, I guess. They'll say we use others' trauma to further our own agenda, and then go ahead and say things like "the Kashmiri Pandits wouldn't want you to fight for them like this," or "their trauma doesn't deserve to be used for Islamophobia." And it's right, but their intentions aren't good here. They only ever talk about the pandits trauma when they are trying to prop up their views and when they are talking about hate against Muslims. They never talk about the actual trauma Kashmiri Hindus have faced, because then they would have to admit that Hindus also suffer, and they can't do that.

And let's not forget the other hypocrisy. The way they'll talk about Hindus "colonizing" Kashmir and turn around and suck up to the Mughals and even the British. They'll raise a massive stink about us taking back one temple on one of our most holy sites that was razed to the ground by colonizers to build a Mosque that wasn't even being used. You'll never find these people talk about the impact of colonization on India, because that would mean they have to address the fact that Hindus suffered a lot under Islamic invasion. And it's annoying and sad to me that people have become so unable to criticize Islamic invaders without being seen as Islamophobic. Muslims have unfortunately faced a lot of racism, but that doesn't mean that Islamic colonization did not happen and that it did not affect us almost irreparably. We have to talk about it. But these people are allergic. They think criticizing a man who killed thousands, raped women and did such heinous crimes is bigotry. It's why I can't even agree with them even when our values align.

The thing is, I do think that sometimes both sides take it to the extreme, as people do. But it's the sheer hyprocrisy and self-hatred among Indian leftists that makes me stay the hell away from them.

PERFECTLY SAID. There's a reason I do not stick around with full leftists anymore.

Absolutely amazing, anon. Did not hold back and I love it. 10/10 ask.

Since all the leftists, so called liberals and pseudo secularists stalk ur blog I would love to ask them what quality do u see in Rahul Gandhi for him to become the leader of the nation, was it a speech he gave (doubt it bcz whenever he speaks it feels either I am having a stroke or he is) or was it one of his policies (which are dumb as well like more than 50% reservation is this guy fr). I know bjp isn't perfect because at the end of the day all of them are politicians but it's not like we have a better alternative like so many people have pointed out already. U may hate bjp but u can't deny that under bjp UP was flourishing like never before. Also where are the people who are so against casteism but still are hailing UP for voting on the basis of caste and not developement. I don't wanna say bad things abt people of my own country but God these guys are braindead. A lot of them don't even fact check they just accept the things that are said to them.(Same prob with mainstream media manipulating hindu scriptures and people just accept it like wtf). BUT the funniest thing has to be them thinking we celebrated the inaugration of Ram Mandir bcz of bjp😂😂, if ram mandir was by chance made during congress's reign(doubt it) I would have burned the same amt of firecrackers and cried the same way and celebrated with all my heart bcz our beloved Raghav was back(not that he was ever gone) and bcz it would stand as a symbol of Hindu strength and decolonisation. Another thing these people lack is individual thinking I bet a lot of them just voted for congress bcz their parents have been voting for them since the beginning of time. Also not them thinking they are sigma by supporting dhruv rathee and calling us andhbhakts🤡🤡 Youth of this country makes me wanna choke on my own vomit.

Ps. I love u and I hope u know how much I appreciate you for standing up to these losers💗 I would love to point out so many other things but it's getting too long.Jai shree Ram🚩🏹

Jai Shri Ram 🚩☀️🏹

And thank you so much anon. Really appreciate the support. Dil se <3

I am pretty shocked with the discussions about the election results happening on tumblr. It is truly disappointing to see how many of the so called educated youth have been misinformed or are, just too lazy to research about events before forming any opinion on them.

So, bear with me because this is going to be a long ass post.

When one decides to chose the future of one's country, they have to research the options available to them before giving the judgement. And the research should come from watching the ground reality and also delving into the feasible resources available to one.

The foremost resource people go to is the news channels and newspapers. And l am assuming everyone knows that all media houses, both regional and national are bought by individual parties. Same is the issue with the international media. They will never give you completely unbiased information.

In India, the media houses are all differentiated by being allied with the right wingers and the left wingers. The international media houses are mostly pro left as are the print media on the internet. Research the origin of their channels and who are present in their board.

You will understand everything better.

So, while seeing the news, we'll have to go through a multiple number of channels and what side they are taking, their perspectives and their own narratives, to even get some measure of the truth.

Research the history of the nation, their international relationships with other countries, the geopolitical state of the world, the individual agendas and interests of powerful people in powerful posts, worldwide.

Every single thing is interrelated and interlinked like one massive spider web.

Look at the money trail my friends. See how the parties are getting funded and who are the ones holding the actual strings behind the scenes.

The recent youth upsurge on social media is divided in their opinion but how many of them are actually aware with what is actually impacting the political roadmap of the country?

Dhruv Rathee (reminds me of Kanhaiya Kumar and the JNU nonsense), and his infamous videos - the national sensation of late has taken the youth by storm.

Why?

Do you even know who he is? Who is his political godfather? Who is putting money in his coffers?

He coined the term dictatorship and fascist government.

And that is the most popular words I have seen been used with regards to the ruling party.

My dearly beloved oblivious friends, have you even done two percent research on your source before believing him.

Okay, lets forget about that German cockroach.

Let us talk about dictatorship and fascism.

Which policy decision taken by the Government made you believe that they were a dictatorship?

Every single decision they had taken was constitutional, following the constitution by letter, which their main opposition had made and drafted and had been following since the last seventy years when they were in power.

Which one? Abrogation of Article 370? The CAA? The Ram Mandir?

The Ram Mandir construction was a decision taken by the Supreme Court in a verdict of over 3000 pages. The SC which has proved time and again that they are mostly anti-Modi.

Or are you blaming the ED for arresting Kejriwaal before the elections? The same ED whose summons the aforenoted had ignored for nine straight times? The same ED which had investigated both Modi and Shah during Congress's rule. The ED which brough hard evidence to support their claims in front of the SC who charged the Delhi CM.

The Delhi CM who after getting bail flouted all the rules mentioned by the SC as terms of his temporary release. The same CM whose secretary allegedly assaulted a female party member who has been seen voraciously campaigning for his own release.

Do you even know how one man with apparent crowd funding became the leader of one of the most powerful regional parties in the North west belt? Do you know which institutions supported his party? Do you know anything about Swati Maliwal and her personal life? Do you have any idea whose allegiance the Punjab CM follows? Do you know why Raghav Chaddha needed an eye operation post haste during Kejriwaal's arrest? Do you know why Sanjay Singh defected?

And what kind of a dictator our PM is, who lets anyone and everyone speak whatever they wish about him?

Do you think the American President or the UK PM or any western leader so to speak, would have let any person spewing nonsensical shit about them, roam free without any repurcurssions?

Things like 'Chowkidar chor hain (our PM is a thief)' and 'I will cut down the PM to pieces' or 'Modi is a dictator' or 'the PM is stupid' or 'the Sanatanis should be annihilated' are direct extracts from the individual speeches given by the opposition and certain social media content creators.

I didn't see either of Rahul Gandhi, Udaynidhi Stalin, Manishankar Iyyer or Dhruv Rathee or anyone else be incarcerated.

Asaduddin Owaisi will start screaming and shouting that the Muslims are endangered in this country and the people of his community will go and kill the hindus for no reason at all. But when Stalin's brainless heir starts shouting about cutting down Sanatani Hindus, I can't find the internet audience protesting against such hateful words.

Then there are the so called woke pseudo liberals on the internet who bemoan that the Government is fascist and the country will go to ruin when a mosque which has been legally proved to have been constructed after demolishing a temple by invaders (whom the same community urges us to not consider as their ancestors) is deconstructed.

The ruling party whose manifesto since generations have included the building of that particular temple. Of course it is a political move you idiots. That was one of the reasons the party was voted to power.

One of, mind you.

To the literate population of the harrowed halls of this platform who will start yelling about schools and hospitals, do you know how many have been built since the ruling government came to power? Have you done any statistical research on how many the opposition you think is better, has built in their own won constituencies?

Has anyone researched the numbers pertaining to the economic growth of the country? The GDP increase rate? The market values? The international trade exchange policies? The infrastructural developments on field? The scientific enhancements? The geopolitical power moves?

Why the hell do you think India supported Russia during the Ukraine war? Do you even know two percent of what is happening in Palestine and Israel? Why do you think America pokes its abysmally long nose in our internal matters which is completely unsolicited?

The same people who hate the PM love some of his cabinet members equally. Before accusing the supporters of blind loyalty, check if your all consuming hatred towards an individual is warranted to be reflected on the work he has done and the people he has handpicked for distributing the posts of power in his government.

Respected illustrious future citizens of my great nation, do you think bureaucrats with the knowledge and experience which by far supersedes all of yours and mine included, would have aligned themselves with a so called orthodox, regressive, majoritarian party?

Ashwini Vaishnav, S. Jaishankar, Nitin Gadkari and many more, with their incredible resumes and work to show, are part of the BJP, don't forget. Who do you want to replace them? The Congressi Gandhi family slaves? Or do you want Kapil Sibal back in the education ministry, or better Law and Order. Jayram Ramesh?

Has anyone ever read about the Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Robert Vadra triangle? Do they know about how Kamal Nath ties into it all? What do they know about the mass murder of the Nepali royal family? Do they have any idea about the MOUs the Gandhis owe to China. What do you know about the accession of Aksai Chin? Why do you think Rahul Gandhi turned stark raving mad at the Rafael deal?

Have any of you seen any of the photos leaked from the NGO meetings RaGa attended in Washington?

And the Kashmir Issue? Has anyone ever followed Mehbooba Mufti and Farukh Abdullah's political career? Or is everything too taken in by Omar Abdullah's Oxfordian accent like they do with Shashi Tharoor. Do they know anything about the separatists of the Valley?

The people prancing around in BJP's loss in UP and Bengal and TN. What do you know about the ground reality there? Have you ever followed the socioeconomic tapestry of these states? The Dravidianism of the South, the Periyar ideology, the rice bag converts in TN? The demographic change based on vote bank in Bengal? The hawala money network from the Gulf and Syria making inroads in Kerala and their communist government?

Do you have any idea about the Agniveer Scheme and why was it brought on ground and why did it fail? Why the government couldn't carry on with the farm laws?

Do know why TDP In Andhra is BJP's long term alliance partner? Do you know why Nitish Kumar keeps swinging between parties? Do you have any idea about why Shivsena decided to break the alliance in the last term?

Has anyone seen where the wrestlers of Haryana were getting their funding from, during the state polls. Do you know the entire story of why Sakshi Malik decided to join politics? Have you any idea about their list of demands made to the centre?

Or did you all just decide that the government should fall because a few elite looking, erudite and sophisticated silver tongued devils on the media start coining elaborately bombastic terms and it is just in fashion to debunk the right wing because of the post colonial, ultra modernistic rationale which has been normalised by the west.

Now, I am not saying that the BJP is completely incorruptible and they have done no mistake. Every party has their hidden skeletons and agendas. What I am saying is before forming an opinion based on a few half baked, propagandist information sources - do your homework.

No one had stopped the opposing parties from showing their own work by developing the areas where they were in majority. No one had stopped the opposition from outshining the ruling government by bringing in better solutions. No one had even stopped them from spreading outright false and hateful narratives in the press.

So, where is the work? I can't even find it with a magnifying glass.

I think, they forgot that the work of an opposition party is not only opposing any and all policies and decisions made by the ruling party.

Like I have mentioned before, I am happy with the results even if all of us, including myself had envisioned a much bigger margin for the win for BJP.

As mentioned in one of my earlier posts, no single person or party should feel like they are invincible. The moment complacency starts coming in the picture, the downward spiral begins.

And then, like they say, 'Absolute power corrupts absolutely'.

So, it was imperative for the ruling government to understand that even though the honest citizens of the country will stand with them when they work, they can be easily dethroned if they start getting overconfident and developing an inflated sense of their own infallibility.

Having said all that, this is politics my friend.

This is chess not ludo.

It is a far more complicated and complex game than any of us can ever imagine.

-----------

Edit: Okay, I think people might misunderstand what I am trying to say here. This post is not a general debate on politics and politicians. This is debunking the leftist propaganda and their bullshit agenda. Please do not come in my comments uttering nonsense about why you haven't showcased the faults of the government. I have specifically mentioned that they have their cons as well, just I believe that the pros overshadow the cons. And why I believe so, you'll find in the answers to the questions I have posted.

hello! hope ur doing fine :D im writing this ask to kinda get help(?) KSJSJ for writing fics?? like do you have any tips on writing fics / one shots etc? i love ur works and wanted to get into writing so 👉👈

hi anonie!!!

first of all, can i just say how flattered i was??? this made my day. im glad you like my works!!

and secomd of all, i think it varies based on the person.

But one thing i will say is: dont convert writing into work.

By that i mean write when you want to or when you feel like writing. Don't force yourself to write. If you force yourself the thing that was once a good past time will become a chore for you.

I started writing because i always had so many ideas in my head and i would constantly build on them and because of that my head was so crowded. Imagine a laptop with 1246 tabs open. That was my head.

For writing fics i think the best advice that i can give is to start with a sentence you dont think you'll hear, like ever because that kind of grasps attention. and you know how some people say planning is the best? well it helps but if youre like me, i love to write based solely on vibes and an overall image and then i wing it. The story starts writing itself.

Best thing is to put yourself in that position and then write. Writing it from an author's perspective might leave some blanks or holes you dk how to cover.

Pinterest is my bestfriend. If you aren't sure what vibes you're getting, search it up. make a collage, a board, then write. It helps loads.

For example, i started my black eye fic thinking that ill write it about vernon but it ended up about seokmin because i realised it fit him more. I also had no idea what or how to start writing so i pinterest-ed and based it on the photos i saw.

My what do you even know? fic was originally about wonwoo or maybe even cheol but then halfway i impulsively changed it to seungkwan. The reason was somwthing weird like 'but cheol doesn't wake up early to go on runs'

Also something i discovered recently. Sometimes it is easier to write an smau then an actual fic. The corpse flowers au was fully planned out in my head but no matter what i did i couldn't word it. So i didn't. I made it into an smau.

For oneshots i think the best strategy is to pick one (and only one) situation/scene and stick with that. Once that scene is over, that's it. Think of an oneshot like a descriptive essay. Only write what's happening then and there. You dont need that much of a backstory. Instead of writing about how you and bf met, just introduce the character as 'my/your boyfriend'.

For me the biggest issue is never knowing how to stop. And i learned this super recently but as soon as your prompt or original scene finishes, end it.

Oneshots are like little timeframes so just pause a moment and describe that as much as you can.

Honestly, personally speaking, i always write as if said prompt or thing was happening to me. What would i want a bf to behave like? Or i replace it with anyone else who i know well. This way you can remain assured that its realistic enough.

For smaus, wing it. Seriously. I have no idea what to tell you except just wing it.

Also don't ever feel shitty if it's not working out. Give yourself a break. It doesn't matter what. If a certain fic cant be written according to your personal standards, leave it and start another one if you want.

But sometimes the best thing to do is write on actual paper. When you cant think up anything good writing on paper with a pen helps because you cant delete it. Don't look back and keep writing. Then just edit + proofread at the end. My jun soulmate au ia currently being written like that.

Another piece of advice that i think is really important (personally). Wait before you reread or check a fic. Don't edit it just after you finish writing it. Sometimes your brain might skim over the actual mistakes in a fic. Checking/editing it after a day or even a couple of hours works best.

And lastly and most importantly:

Do not pressure yourself

Its a hobby, for fun. Dont make yourself hate writing. It's gonna suck ass.

Dont shy out of needing hiatuses. Its okay. Sometimes a break is exactly what you need most to get the creative juices flowing.

Anyway thank you anonie!! I hope my ramblings worked, i still think you need to find what suits you best as a person but i hope these helped somewhat!!

“Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;

Where knowledge is free;

Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls;

Where words come out from the depth of truth;

Where tireless striving stretches it’s arms towards perfection;

Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit;

Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action—

Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.”

-Rabindranath Tagore
