I had the idea of LJH, w/o telling anyone, packing a basket and going up the mountain to thank SQQ so much for accepting her son as a student and giving him foods. SQQ weak against her like NYY, but then he discovers that LQG, that barbarian, is courting her. SQH ducking and covering from the absolute war that would result. It amused so I thought I'd share.

Shen Qingqiu WOULD probably be soft for Luo Jiahui, if perhaps a little harder on Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge (and Shang Qinghua) for it! Wow, it is funny to think about Shen Qingqiu being inwardly appalled at Luo Jiahui’s taste in men. 

Shen Qingqiu dragging Shang Qinghua for letting his sister-in-law marry Liu Qingge is an amusing thought. Shang Qinghua would be so confused. 

A slightly cracky fic idea that’s currently amusing me to think about is that, when writing Mobei-Jun, Airplane might have been like, “I’m not going to include this in PIDW (or even dare to write it down anywhere), but Mobei-Jun is gay. He is very, very gay. Because of very good reasons like he’s sexy and I want him to be.” 

And then he transmigrates and, well, the real Mobei-Jun doesn’t exactly go around talking or making facial expressions to demonstrate attraction to anyone (at least by SQH’s POV). And Mobei-Jun is a desirable bachelor for ambitious demonesses and wow, those women are gorgeous. AND even if Mobei-Jun was miraculously into men, he would never, ever be into Shang Qinghua, so it’s clearly not worth daydreaming about! The best Shang Qinghua can probably hope for is Mobei-Jun not being into anyone at all, but he’s probably straight, just like everyone else in Airplane’s terrible stallion novel. Damn. 

And then somehow Shang Qinghua finds out that Mobei-Jun is a Known Homosexual in this realized version of PIDW. It is somehow extremely common knowledge among demons that the future Northern King is into men. Mobei-Jun has some mysterious quality that every nearby demon immediately clocks as, “Yeah, I’m getting some gay vibes.” Maybe Mobei-Jun is always making some purposeful statement of fashion or wearing a piece of jewelry that’s basically the demonic cultural equivalent in this world to wearing a rainbow pride flag t-shirt that says YES HOMO on it. Everyone knows. 

Did Shang Qinghua not know that?!
