Mylo could have been a very good artist.

Might sound like a stretch but hear me out.

All things considered, this is not a bad-looking hand, especially when he was drawing in such a large scale. There's a clear curve to the knuckles of the hand and adding the thumb gave it more balance and recognition if you see it from a distance. The middle finger might be short, but Mylo could have misjudged just how much room he might have needed for it to make it look proportionate. Or he's still learning. But it has a clear bend, too! It's less graffiti (as he probably intended) and more a rough drawing.

If Mylo used his own hand as a reference, even more reason to believe he could draw well or had the potential. This hand on a billboard doesn't come off as one time, bullshit grafitti but just an edgy doodle he wanted to show off.

As for the splotch next to it: Probably where he did indeed trip over his paint bucket, but braced his hand there to keep himself upright. It makes more sense for wet paint to be on his hand than his ass. So Vi gets me tilted for telling Powder "his ass made that splotch". Sure, it was probably to make her feel better, but she's still lying as that's clearly a hand-print. I doubt she's talking about the one on the catwalk.

TL;DR Mylo was secretly a budding artist and that's all the more potential that was cut short. But it also sucks because it's something he had in common with Powder and I would have loved to see their sibling relationship blossom from their similarities.
