Team 7 learns that Kakashi feels the most at ease when someone is protecting his back so they move around him when he's bandaging his wounds from a fight to make sure he feels safe and wraps his wounds properly.
The formation changes a bit when Sakura becomes a medical ninja, but the idea still stays the same.
Kakashi loves how protective they are and its cute how they now always subconsciously move to protect whoever their with, whether its sitting at their backs or forming a ring around
