Some outfit ideas for Toppat Charles. Also, so no one is confused, Charles is fluid in what they wear. Not my best thought out post but here it is anyways and I did try;

Charles tends to wear clothing that has some dramatic flair, that is either covered in eye-catching sparkles, makeup, and or rich jewelry. 

Going off on jewelry now, they would wear it almost everywhere they can see fit. Around his neck, nearly every finger. Ie. Either in piercings or other, like earrings, necklaces, waist chains, and etc.

The outfits usually is revealing an excess amount of their skin, or clings onto them, more than what can be deemed remotely necessary (which does give his most trusted mentor, Reginald, a heart attack every time) 

^ Sometimes they do wear it for the shock value alone, but they genuinely enjoy it and do it for themselves. 

Though the most favored, is their oversized, fluffy coat that is long and flowing. Pearly white, with gold trims at the collar, with wide sleeves 

If the Toppats ever get into space during Charles' reign, you better imagine, they would pick out their outfits to be heavily space themed here. I feel the colors consist mostly of midnight blue, gold, and purples.

Uses their fluid choice of outfits, to their advantage, so understandably they're a clever master of disguise. 

Like always I struggled to explain what's on my mind and I'm shit at fashion. I may just find photos somewhere that would better showcase what I'm trying to imagine.  Though I am open to suggestions or ideas, of any kind
