Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

January 27 marks the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi death camp.

In 2005, the United Nations General Assembly designated this day as International Holocaust Remembrance Day (IHRD), an annual day of commemoration to honor the victims of the Nazi era.

From 1940 to 1945, more than 1.1 million men, women and children were killed in the Auschwitz concentration camp. 90% of them were Jews. All were innocent. Today, we remember

I didn't get a chance to honor this Israeli Bedouin Arab hero named Amer Abu Sabila, who on October 7th gave his life attempting to save the lives of 2 young Jewish girls aged 6 & 3 of the Swissa family.  

The parents were both shot dead in the car and Amer attempted to replace the dead father by moving their car out of the firing line. He was shot dead by Hamas while trying.

He stands in the shoes of the righteous which most people will never reach. May his memory be for a blessing.

Segev Shushan (28) and Anita Lisman (25) z"l were murdered by hamas terrorists in the Re'im music festival massacre in the south of Israel, on October 7th, 2023. Anita and Segev were a couple, they had moved in together not long before the Nova festival. Each of them left behind parents, siblings, other family members and friends. May they rest in peace.

And now you have the audacity to cry about Israel striking back. We’re supposed to care about what happens in Gaza. Israel can’t “collectively punish the Palestinians”. That’s just wrong - how dare they.

It’s not like you collectively punished Israelis. It’s not like you collectively punished Jews around the world. It’s not like you’re wishing death on us. No - you would never do that. You’re not antisemitic at all.

Moriya Or Swissa z"l, 24 years old, was murdered by hamas terrorists at the Re'im music festival massacre in the south of Israel, on October 7th, 2023. Moriya Or was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, friend. May she rest in peace.
