People already know about the etymology behind the name Leto, I think, but I'm seeing many dismiss Paul, just because it's far more popular/common in Western societies.

Except that Paul comes from the latin "paulus" which means "tiny, small, of small quantity", and was originally given to the youngest member of a family. And, apparently, St. Paul gave himself such name (his og name was Saul) to emphasize his smallness in relation to the divine.
