Splitting, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, meltdowns, breakdowns, anything..

If you prefer psychical touch, they make sure you can feel their palms of their hands to ground you. When they hug you, keep it tight and secure.

If you don't, then they will speak as loudly as you'd like them too to ground you back down, keeping your attention on them as much as they can so you know you're not alone

The ones who just got home but still go to comfort you since you're their priority in keeping you happy and mentally safe, not relaxing until they know you are.

They will always do everything they can to help you keep your eyes and ears off of triggers and on something more light hearted or just to help you let all your emotions out

For nerds / neurodivergents, once you start to calm down, your f/o would one hundred percent ask you a question about your interests, hyperfixation(s) or special interest just to keep your mind on something that makes you happy and calm, themselves calming down seeing you have a smile on your face

When it's all over, cuddles and kisses galore! Or watching your favorite TV show, movie or doing whatever you'd prefer! Cooking, baking, puzzles, etc!
