Obviously I could be wrong but this is how they come across to me so far; should someone flirt with Lewis only because he looks the way he does, Lewis wouldn't respond to that unless it's for information, then he would probably flirt back until he gets what he and Max need. But he would only do it to manipulate the other person, not Max! But Max on the other hand would flirt with somebody else because he enjoys flirting and because he enjoys seeing Lewis annoyed or impatient, so maybe he cares more about Lewis's reaction than the other person. Although there's a possibility that he still doesn't expect Lewis to actually get jealous, maybe he just wants to show how he can wrap dangerous people around his finger (and is himself dangerous because of it)...😗

And when Max gets jealous he can understand his own jealously or possessiveness for what it is but that doesn't mean that he reacts better because he has a temper and gets angry at people who get to suggestive or close... (I already loved that with the receptionist, can't wait for what will happen with actual people from the underground or with witnesses). Lewis probably would try to be more calm about his feelings but at the same time more confused about what they are because he's in denial...

I swear I had answered it but here we go again!

The first part of Lewis' flirting habit is on the point because he would never do such thing as flirting without a purpose! However, Max doesn't flirt because he likes it, he flirts because he hates humanity and how they rely on emotions like romantic or sexual love. He never got to experience it so he can't associate it with a positive feeling.

As for their jealousy of them both, there's much to explore for all of us, so I won't dive too much into it except to say «they both are extremely jealous if the attention isn't on them» ;)
