Wanted to draw something in greyscale. Had a thought to draw OCs, these are twins Adam and Juliet. Also wrote a small text from Juliet’s perspective. :)

“Adam is my older brother, like half hour older. As he was quite bigger than me from our earliest days, he used to be quite protective of me through all these years. When me and Adam were small kids, our parents didn’t have much trouble to keep us occupied as we were always playing together. Our bond got just stronger through years as our interests in games, and later in music and movies or shows were very similar, I even persuaded him to read several books I like (while he wasn’t a big reading enthusiast), and he ended up liking them as well. He was my big brother and my best friend. Before ever hearing a  word ‘soulmate’, I just knew that he was one, I felt completely understood and comfortable around Adam. 

Through the years, when puberty started changing us, and I didn’t miss a chance to mildly make fun of small pimples on the tip of his nose or how funny his cracking voice sounds, and at the same time I surely noticed how handsome he became. It might sound weird, but I liked drawing Adam’s portraits sometimes, I especially loved his cheekbones and the little scar on upper lip which left after cleft lip surgery. He didn’t mind my fangirling though. Of course, other girls also started noticing that Adam turned into a beautiful guy, and he dated several girls during last year in high school. All these times ended very soon. Adam confessed, that none of them was as fun to spend time with as with me, or maybe he mentioned his cool sister too much, that girls got bored or even intimidated. By sister. Haha.

Anyway, after school our ways separated, we started studying and working in different cities, but we kept seeing each other during holidays. As much as our lives and us changed, that warmth in my heart when I see my brother is always there, it is a constant thing.”
