This was so awkward. You and your teacher, Shouta Aizawa. Stuck in a cramped, dim, mangy concrete box. Sometimes you really wished you had just stayed home. The dim flicker of the tiny light above you both drew your attention for a moment before you turned back to him. You were sitting behind him, his back to you, his long, raven hair slightly reflecting the light. It seemed so….. well… soft. You knew you shouldn’t. You really shouldn’t. You seriously SERIOUSLY shouldn’t have. But you slowly took your hand, dragging it gently through his hair.

“Y/n.” The noise drew you out of your daydream, you hadn’t noticed how tense he had been since your hands first rolled through his soft locks. “What are you doing..?” To your surprise, he didn’t sound angry. More like, surprised or questioning. So, so innocent compared to his rough tone he used in class… “I uh… nothing sir I’m just….” You decided to just cut to the chase, screw all logic. You forgot outside the damn box. “Sir, can I play with your hair?” Silence. Your only response.

It was subtle but you noticed it, the way his shoulder slowly lowers from the soldiers they had been. “I suppose…. Since we are stuck in here for god knows how long…” You couldn’t help it- you smiled lightly. Hearing your teacher speak so…. Gently, so calmly and kindly. Maybe it was your fatherlessness or maybe it was the fact you had issues that rivalled Todoroki, either way you took this opportunity to the maximum.

The light from above shined, blindingly bright. The heads of your other teachers looking down on you. You slowly stood up, cramps in your legs as you grimaced brushing off all offers of help. He stood up too. Confidently, his attack-danger noodle now wrapped around his shoulders. “Shota! Nice hair!” The voice of present mic shouted excitedly to the tired teacher. He grumbled, evidentially tired. He slowly walked out of the now unsealed box, raven braids swishing in the wind, spattered with wild flowers you’d gathered on your patrol through the city with him. You’d remember- shitty and annoying but interesting experience- for a long time.

First time writing! Idk I’ve had this idea trailing around my head for a while and thought it was super cute (´∀｀*) okay ily hope u enjoyed : )

Mr Compress who leaves for a moment, surprised to find you awake in the next.

Mr Compress gently ushering you back to lay down to not cause further injury.

Mr Compress introducing himself, telling you he’s a villain.

Mr Compress, shocked at how you take it, simply thanking him for taking care of you, barely batting an eye at his confession.

Mr Compress, after a few days, letting you go after your well enough, snagging your number in the process.

“ Dear, would Thursday evening next week work for you? There’s a lovely spot downtown, I will escort you there. Do take care now, lovely. ”
