yes, some people do consider you ugly, and so what? do you think that will change if you lose weight? nope. if you gain muscle? nope. if you get stronger? nope. if you have less panic attacks? nope. if you can stand up for yourself? nope. if you looked older? nope. does that mean you shouldn't try to achieve any of this? no. but remember to do them for yourself. in a healthy way. change yourself because you love yourself. not because you believe it'll make you more loveable.
