About to drink some tea because my roomie picked one up for me. She's so sweet for caring about me, but little does she know my bladder is already pretty full from the challenge earlier teehee

Touching myself while I have to pee is so fun >_< I've been going frequently all day to try and shrink my bladder, and I think it's already working! If anyone has tips on that or how to get over the physical barrier of not being able to voluntarily go without being on the potty, PLEASE SEND TIPS! I really wanna learn how to have less control over myself :3
