I'm a proshipper myself and the simple solution is for your friend is just to tell the other person they're uncomfortable roleplaying with them or that they didn't realize they were a proshipper and would rather not interact with them. From there she should just block them.
However, if she feels afraid to do this, then she should just block them without saying anything. It may be rude, but her well being and being confortable is more important. And she should keep blocking if the person attempts further communication.
