In my AU the universe will be divided into two sectors: the universe known to Earth & the magical dimension called Orbis Alius where the Faewyrds (magical beings) live.

Planets can be divided into five categories: Infertile (Obsidian?), Sleeping (Pyros), Living (Magix), Dying (Earth/Gaia) and Dead (Domino).

All living and sleeping planets have the same nonagesimal time framework and a thirteen-month calendar with five nine-day weeks called novenaries. This remains consistent due to the fluid of ambient magic.

For example:

On earth 60 seconds make 1 minute → 60 minutes make 1 hour → 24 hours are 1 day.

In Orbis Alius 90 seconds make 1 minute → 90 minutes make 1 hour → 27 hours make 1 day.

So 1 day in Orbis Alius is the equivalent of 52 hours and 39 minutes or 2 days, 4 hours and 39 minutes earthlings.

The day is divided into three blocks of nine orbish hours each (13 hours and 30 Earth minutes): Ausrine equals morning, Saule equals afternoon, and Meness equals night.

The hours are named prima, seconda, terza, quarta, quinta, sesta, settima, ottava and nona.
