By this information, we can assume that Kevin never ran away from home to NY. He's lived all of his life in Bellwood

Prime!Kevin ran away in the first place due to him demolishing his house via his powers

Harvey: We didn't kick you out-! You DEMOLISHED our house !

Even so, we can speculate that his homelife wasn't the best in this alternative timeline either. And so, turned out as a petty criminal

There are many ways to think of how his life turned out, but right now, I'm merely asking your question, OP

So in omniverse, in no watch Ben's world Kevin is like a basic petty. crook. See I've been thinking about this recently and it doesn't make sense to me.

See in No watch world, Ben doesn't have the omnitrix. That's it. It doesn't say Kevin isn't alien in that world or that aliens and plumbers don't exist.

Unless it's a world without aliens completely ( is it ? i didn't see any info on wiki) , it makes no sense why Kevin is just a basic thief and not some overpowered criminal. He still has his powers doesn't he?

Alsoo he isn't wearing his lock around his neck. I wanna headcanon that the lock has something to do with the Tennyson's. I know he got it from a bike since that was the first thing he ever stole, but do you think that bike belonged to the Tennyson's? Or it ended up in Kevin's path in some way while Ben was fighting some bad guy through a wierd butterfly effect sort of thing. And Kevin ended up stealing it? he could've outgrown it but idk, Kevin seems like the guy to keep souvenirs.

Also what about Cooper? He probably still has his powers too. Then again we never see him and ben and gwen likely never saw his powers/ met him even since they didnt need to.

what about charmcaster and hex? their agenda was never about the watch to begin with so do they just not exist? Did the omnitrix have something to do with luring hex and charmcaster out?

Even Animo and the bug dude from the os , like they weren't after the watch at all. What happened to all that during that summer?

I think when all that began the plumbers rose up again, or they never really went into complete retirement and cleaned messes in the background.

Omg did eddy and his grandfather die??? Because the only way they survived that underwater hotel explosion was because of Ben.

been seeing people mention recently how much they dislike kevin becoming a good guy after everything that happened in original series which like, i get it. i do! he tried to kill ben multiple times, and ben’s family, and also a lot of random people. like, i get it! but, like, i would’ve also been devastated if he wasn’t redeemed at some point. 

here’s the thing: he’s a kid. he was a homeless child, a runaway who survives through theft, and who has no friends or family he can rely on. and in original series future (and, arguably, omniverse future), he stays a villain this entire time. he’s never gotten the help he needed, he’s just another kid who grew up and slipped through the cracks. he beat up a child onscreen, nearly died after being stomped by waybig, and then was thrown back into the null void. fair? sure, yes, absolutely. if ben hadn’t reacted exactly that way to seeing his child be hurt, i would be questioning how good of a father he was. 

but isn’t it still sad? kevin fated to be a villain forever after he was thrown out of his house/ran away because his father/stepfather/male authority figure called or implied he was a freak? did he deserve that future? 

i think it would’ve been cool to see kevin get redeemed onscreen. it would’ve been nice to see him make amends for what happened, and for him to go to therapy, and all that good stuff. but even though we never got that, i’m still glad he GOT redeemed. 

THAT is one of the reasons that UAF is my favorite ben 10 series - because it didn’t just relegate him to a future of (arguable) child abandonment (devlin) and abuse (kenny) and manipulation, a future where he can control his powers but never got better. a future where the homeless runaway just becomes another irredeemable monster. i’m glad he got redeemed. i’m glad he became a good guy.
