I was going to scan this and I still might but for now have this. This is legit the first thing I ever colored and posted online. They’re two of my favorite bois and OC’s. The one on the left is the magnificent Matthew who belongs to @idoltenshi . They have been my best friend for years and have helped me through a lot. Thank you. The one on the right is my ol’ OC, Beni B. Bachelor. Also a throw back to one of my favorite bands of all time, Ludo.
Absolution
Absolution is a modern retelling of the Last Days of Christ, set in a fictive, dystopian Syria. Yeshua and his disciples are a group of rebels, trying to tear a society down that was built on slaves and money. The novella is told with raw emotions and a gut-wrenching prose. It contains different POV’s, mainly through the eyes of Mariam, Judah and Yeshua, as well as the gospel of Matthew, John, Mark and Luke - interludes that include newspaper articles, script plays and more. The twelve apostles are not all male; some are female, one is genderless and one is genderfluid. It is an LGBTQ+ novel with action, thriller, conspiracy and grunge elements that grab the story of Jesus’ last seven days on earth, and flip it around.
