A family trapped in Gaza asks for help to survive
Hello, I am Muntaha Inshasi, 25 years old, married, recently married to Hamada Al-Skafi, 36 years old. Two months before October 7, I lived with my husband during very beautiful days, but after October 7, our lives were turned upside down due to the war of collective benefit. My husband was forced to travel outside Gaza for treatment due to his severe injury, and now, in light of the Israeli aggression, my family and I have been displaced several times. We currently live in a tent on the banks of Khan Yunis under very difficult circumstances.
My family consists of a father, a mother and nine members. I need to raise money to restore a beautiful life and stability outside the Gaza Strip. All I can say leaves only a small glimpse of the suffering we are living. The Story of Salahaldin Ahmad Khalil Hor and His Family: A Journey of Struggle and Hope
Hello everyone
I am Salahaldin Ahmad Khalil Hor, 38 years old, and a father of three daughters. My life and the lives of my family have changed drastically because of the war, and I am writing to you today hoping for your support and assistance during this difficult time.
My Family
My family consists of five members: my wife, Sundus (34 years old), and my daughters, Maria (10 years old), Farah (8 years old), and Maryam (3 years old). We used to live a simple life filled with hope and ambition.
The Beginning of the Crisis
When the war broke out, we had to leave our home in the north. The family was split, with half of us staying in the north, suffering from famine and displacement, while the other half moved to the south. But even in the south, we were not safe. The house we sought refuge in was bombed, and Maria and Maryam were injured by shrapnel.
Daily Challenges
I studied accounting and obtained a master's degree in accounting and finance, aiming to advance my career and achieve my personal aspirations. However, the war prevented me from completing my thesis and destroyed my dreams of development. Our home was completely destroyed due to this brutal war. I lived in Belgium for six months, but I chose to return voluntarily to be with my daughters and not leave them alone in this ordeal.

Now, I am searching for a shelter for my family and me. My greatest wish is to reunite with my daughters and wife and start a new life together. We seek your help to overcome this ordeal and return to our normal lives. We need your support to provide medical care for our family members, continue our education, and build a better future.

I am Mahmoud Al-Masri, I'm 21 years old, living at the Gaza Strip, an academic student majoring in Graphic Design.
I am here to ask for your support to complete my university education outside my city of Gaza after the Israeli occupation destroyed universities and colleges in the Gaza Strip and destroyed education facilities, youth support institutions and training spaces that aim to provide training for all disciplines and then provide job opportunities for young people, most of which were destroyed.
We used to have a beautiful life, despite the siege on Gaza and the wars on it. We used to have a house and now we live in a tent "displaced", we used to have dreams and we pursued them and still do, we used to go to the sea which is the only breathing space for the people of the Gaza Strip, we used to live peacefully despite all the siege. We here in Gaza have brilliant and innovative minds that learn medicine, technology, professional specialties, agriculture, industry, trade and all specialties, we just need someone to support us, appreciate what we do and motivate us to keep going.

October 7, 2023 is a date that I will never forget, we were displaced about 8 times and lived through terror and destruction and are still living it, we saw death with our own eyes and survived death several times, our features changed, we became young people instead of worrying about our future, we became tired of securing water and food for our family and carrying water from a distant place to the tent is very tiring, our bodies are tired of the weights we carry daily and the diseases that spread and we don't know what's next.
I decided to pay back my knowledge and the information I gained from study, search, and workshops by share it on social media. I will answer on everyone's questions, and make webinars as my teachers do with us.
These ideas will help educational community to grows.
My goal in launching my campaign is to raise funds to complete my university studies outside my city, to cover the costs of travel, housing, food, the costs of the university I will attend, and I am currently looking for a distinguished university in the field of graphic design. We have been through many wars before, but this war was not like the ones before it. Our lives were turned upside down. We became displaced from one place to another. We are the Anas family, residents of northern Gaza, specifically in the Shujaiya area. In the first week of the war, we fled our home because everyone considered our home to be in a dangerous area. We moved to the Rimal area, specifically in the middle of Gaza. There, we received the news that our home, which contained all our beautiful memories, was bombed. Suddenly, it was gone!!! Just thinking that your home, which you worked hard on and built from scratch and took a lot of your life, was gone in less than a second ! After a while, we left the sands to the Al-Zawaida area because of the heavy shelling. We stayed there for about two weeks, and then the terrorist army asked us to go to Rafah. We actually fled for the fourth time to Rafah and stayed there for two months, some of the most difficult days of our lives, as there was no way or means to live a normal life. 😔😔 After that, because of the invasion of Rafah, we moved to Deir al-Balah. Now, we are in very difficult and oppressive circumstances.

My name is Eman and I am asking for your help to provide the basic necessities of life for my family.
Our household consists of my four wonderful children, my husband, my ailing father and father-in-law.
when we were happy
We lived a relatively stable life in Gaza prior to October 7 th, 2023. Since then, we have been displaced multiple times. We left our home, our belongings, our life and dreams. We finally ended up in a tent after moving in multiple unsafe homes. My children as a result, are suffering from malnutrition, inability to sleep and fear of bombing and explosions all around us.
We are in a continuous state of unrest and it's taking a toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally.
We are in dire need of help to hopefully move out to safety and provide for our family. My father needs a surgical intervention to remove gangrene from his foot and my father-in-law is suffering from severe depression after the death of my mother-in-law. My youngest is anxious and cries all the time. Our world is collapsing and I can’t figure out a way out of our situation. This war has changed our life to living a constant nightmare.
We no longer have the minimum necessities of life
No homes, no water, no electricity, nothing left.
Then the office where my husband worked was destroyed. My husband works as a computer engineer. The entire tower, which included many companies and private clinics, was bombed.
We lost many friends, including my husband’s mother, who died in the war as a result of extreme fear and gangrene in the intestines due to malnutrition. My children are still grieving for their dear grandmother, and now we live in a tent that lacks the lowest standards of living.
Our suffering has been continuing for about seven months, in light of the cold, rain, and lack of winter clothes.

by the way this is the procedure to get out of gaza
it costs 5k USD per adult and 2.5k USD per child
if you want to raise this money via GOFUNDME it has to be arranged by someone who is NOT living in Palestine because GFM does not release money to Palestine. GFM also verifies every detail so it has to be accurate so you need someone who is out of Palestine and also familiar with the bureaucracy.
once you raise the money one of your FIRST ORDER RELATIVES have to deposit this money IN CASH and IN PERSON at the Cairo offices of a company called hala. this person cannot be a Palestinian male under 40 because they are not allowed to be Egypt without a permit
once you pay the money you have to WAIT for your names to be published by Egyptian military at the Rafah crossing and the you have 24 hours to get out
it is a very long and convoluted process that is impossible for most Palestinians who do not have contacts in other counties. Please please donate to the GFMs you see floating around because they’ve been verified and this is only the first step in an arduous journey. Once in Cairo, Palestinians aren’t allowed to work so they need money for their support also.
