Agatha all along thoughts:

The way this show and WandaVision is tackling very real life issues while pouring over it a MCU sauce, is just *chef's kiss*.

That last scene.......wow.

I know we are only half way there but this show is doing the same masterfully executed thing that WandaVision did.

WandaVision was an amazing allegory about grief.

Aside Vision saying one of the best lines in the MCU. That scene when Wanda was completely overcome by the weight of her grief at the house and her power bursting out of her, that was a fantastic visual representation of grief.

Marvel powers used in a way not to defeat the villain but to showcase grief and it's overwhelming force.

I feel that's also what they are doing with Agatha and Rio. In that last scene, they both looked like mourning parents, where the loss of a child was the cause of their rupture. Trying (and failing) to breach the gap. All delivered in a very Marvel way off course.

But that distance and at the same time the intimacy, the anger, the desire, the love, the longing for what once was culminating in that intense hug and almost kiss......... I'm thoroughly enjoying the lesbians of it all, but like this show is GOOD!
