Former captive of Al-Qassam Brigades, Noa Argamani, stated on her Instagram page:

▪️ "I cannot ignore what the Israeli media has done to me over the past 24 hours, taking my words out of context.

▪️ The Qassam members did not hit me while I was in captivity, nor did they cut my hair; I was injured by the collapse of a wall caused by an Israeli airstrike.

▪️ I emphasize that no one hit me during captivity, but I was injured all over my body after the airstrike.

▪️ I am a victim of the October 7th incident, and I refuse to be victimized again by the Israeli media."

small horror i am today thinking about: palestinian detainee testifying that israeli soldiers were filming them on camera while torturing them (including rape)—one heard the soldier recording mention it was for ben gvir. unclear if they were directly livestreaming for him, under instructions to film from him, or were taking videos to show him later. but what a country. i can't think of a single dictatorship where the top brass was so openly implicated in crimes against humanity. they usually pretend that stuff isn't happening
