Your good days don't invalidate your bad days and your bad days don't invalidate your good days. Your life and your circumstances are constantly evolving and you don't have to be able to force everything you experience into one clearly defined box. It's okay to contain multitudes and there's room for feeling both good and bad. It doesn't invalidate you.
