I’d give the same advice as I would for any anatomy - start with a line of action or gesture, use basic shapes like ovals and circles and those squishy beany shapes to start filling out the anatomy, use only convex curves (yep even if you’re drawing someone slender there should be no concave curves, just areas where two convex curves meet), pay attention to how gravity affects the body etc… think about how fat will behave similarly to thick clothing when the body bends - as one side squishes and forms rolls, the other side will stretch out smoother. Look at reference! And just practice a lot!

Disclaimer: I threw this together in like 1 minute lmao so it’s not great but literally learning to draw chub is exactly the same as learning to draw anything, work from observation and use basic shapes to help you build it out, good luck!!))
