Here have a ramshackle au idea:if maggot was an actual baby so skipp,stone and Vinnie raise him as their own child (he could also belong to like some rich family but they accidentally abandon him or something so they try to get him back)

And maggot would like be a kid of some extremely rich and important people but from a different city or sum and his family sends people to find him and kill vinnie stone and skipp for even breathing around him (bc yk the rich hate scraps yada yada yada) and the three have to somehow save themselves and maggot
