Thinking about Zhou Zishu feeling like he's actually Meeting Wen Kexing for the first time all over again after he regains his senses.

The first time he sees him with clear eyes, sees his smile, sees his handsome face that has gotten him into so much trouble. The first time he hears him laugh and say "A-xu" without it being muffled. The first time he gets close and can smell what kind of perfume he uses, what oil he puts in his hair. The first time he touches him and the dull response of his fingertips becomes a song of how warm he is, how soft his robes are, how silky his newly silver hair feels flowing over his hand.

How amazing it must have been to feel like you are coming back to life just by experiencing the presence of your soulmate fully for the first time, no barrier of nails tearing your flesh and deadening your senses, keeping you apart even if he's right in front of you.
